So opening staff applications is suddenly gonna make staff become active enough to go through shit tonnes of applications?

This doesn't even make any sense..?
Adding new staff members would make the team's job much easier as there would be more of them, that doesn't mean that the current team will suddenly become active

It does make sense though.
The issue everyone's mainly having with the staff team is their inactivity and lack of administration.

If they were to put up staff applications, they'd have to initially be very active in order to oversee both applications, keeping tabs on these players both IG and forum wise.
Last but not least they'd also have to oversee the overal behaviour & credibility of these players once they've been accepted.

If they can't be active enough to manage the community on their own, how can we expect them to put in even more effort and do all this.
