The staff team

From my personal experience over the past time, I believe we need staff members that are actively promoting roleplay and taking down mingery.
One of the issues the server currently has (from my personal experience and other people's experience) is that it is hard to roleplay or play on it due to the massive mingery that happens very frequently. Unfortunately, this ruins my experience nearly every time I get online. 
Lately, I've seen amazing roleplays every time I join but they're abrupted by minges nearly always. 
I believe this is one of the challenges that the staff NEEDS to address.
The team already took a good step in the right direction by introducing FLAMS, which is something I'm excited about and I know will bring much needed change.

In addition, I believe it is good that the SAs are looking for new staff. However as said before the current staff team should improve their activity to maintain a good administration on the server. If there are both new admins and the current ones become active I believe the status of the server will heavily improve!
In addition, I believe that some of the staff members should take a look at their priorities and their position within the community as I believe there are improvements that can be made. I won't specifically name anyone as I don't want this to be a targeted reply, it's just not necessary.

One issue that I have with the current staff team is that for a lot of people (including me), most of them are unreachable. It is very sad and frustrating to see that a request I made 3 months ago is never even looked at or replied to.
They probably have good reasons not to look or reply at their PMs, but the image it portrays is as if the admins are not interested in the community which is very harmful in my opinion. This is something I think the team NEEDS to improve because unfortunately it looks very ignorant and uncaring although I know that it is not meant like that.

And last but not least, the player and staff reports need to be dealt with. Lately a lot reports have remained untouched which really surprised me. Please assign someone to deal with them as that (once again unfortunately) looks like the staff doesn't care about reports. This creates an environment we don't want in my opinion.
