Do you have any other evidence to prove that it was actually his contraband/base? That could have been anyone's drug labs. If not I will conclude the player report for mugging in a public place.

I do not unfortunately, I only have evidence of the contraband, not of whom owns it. nor who owns the props. Perhaps one of those police officers or SRU has, however I don't.
