Summary: I just joined and spawned. He also spawned at the park, took a gun and forced me to give me 10k (see the video). I told him he cannot mug as citizen and not mug 10k. I walked off, heard gunshots, he shot another guy. I asked why he was shooting, he then shot me dead. The video will be more clear.
