Summary: After I had been told i could go to jails, the officer (although he didnt tell me to stop or have a gun at me as you can see from the footage if you watch who is talking/typing) opened fire on me even tho i was unarmed, i panicked and jumped for cover and eventually who stopped shooting at me, so i was content and under arrest, but without the presidents permission he killed me instead of getting a warrant after we had argued about Random shooting for approx 5-10 mins

No matter what had happened beforehand, you were clearly not a threat and could have easily have been tazed and cuffed instead, thus this is RDM.
