Hi Mark,

The armed woman at lake was the presidents bodyguard, (who killed you before you were a police officer for threatening to molotov our boat) which you had no idea she was there as you were a new character. Secondly Nicholas did not demote "half the police force" he demoted about 3 officers, 2 that were shooting other officers and 1 that tazed me without a valid reason. As a police officer you are not allowed to work with criminals or assist them in anyway in killing the president. below is sufficient evidence of you doing this exact thing.

It is also quite clear that Nicholas did not demote "Half the police force" as you used the police force to execute him.

In this video that Nicholas has provided it clearly shows you asking police officers to kill him (3:53)
The video also proves that you did not "Demote half the police force" as Nicholas clearly exclaims. (4:08)
Thirdly the video shows the president being killed by the criminals you ordered. (6:28)
And finally you can clearly hear you exclaiming "He's on the yacht lets kill him" on the radio to the rest of the police force. (0:08)

All of these instances are clearly in violation of rule "6.9 Do not kill or injure any other government member." therefore the ban I issued is justified.

I will reply to each thing

1. How is that an example of me working with criminals that was me talking to the police force, and as I said the server has precedent for government executing a dictator if it is roleplayed, something which you refused to listen too.

2. He demoted atleast 4 officers, his reason was "random raiding" when it was the officers doing there job of responding to a boat in the middle of a lake with an armed woman on board and multiple people reports of stuff going on there people trying to get on etc.

3. already explained in 1, also words aren't actions

4. the reason I knew she was there because we were being told she was there, armed with a gun

5. it was police force who either rejoined or new police force that joined, I thought that would be obvious since you checked the logs for radio calls yet cant check the logs for the 4 or more demoted officers.

6. as I said earlier there is a precedent for government to execute a dictator even though I am humouring you at this point since I did not kill the president.

So now that's done can you explain why you and joe joe spent your entire time on the boat roleplaying as "eccentric millionaires" instead of answering the dozens of @ calls of prop killing, random demotes, random murders by citizens etc. And also the examples I forgot to post earlier of you letting your RP situations go before the server, like you threatening a president that he can be banned for banning casinos and setting a fine on it just because it would affect you and your friends making money, or the time you removed your casino props when the casinos were banned once in the middle of a raid?

Im not really sure how you think you didn't work with criminals, there is multiple instances of you telling them to kill the president. You also commanded the police force to kill the president which as I stated before is in violation of rule 6.9 and FailRP.

This is an example of you picking and choosing what you respond to, could you respond the way I did addressing each point and giving your reasons and or rule breaks thank you. And also the reports of you not answering@ calls and spending all day rping on the boat?
