Summary: Angrybob breaks fearrp in his PR against myself and Rims. He is unarmed and runs towards two armed gunmen, and continues to run towards them whilst being shot in order to identify us for a PR.

In this thread he admits to being unarmed, yet is clearly seen running towards two gunmen. He displays no concept of fearrp and acts unrealistically in the situation, running towards us instead of away from danger. Additionally he speaks voicechats OOC information in an RP situation.

I complied I left also fear RP did not applied once you started to shoot at me.

Also your gun before you commanded me to leave was on safety.

Also I ran up to you to see your names in an OOC matter.

So you admit to running towards us in an rp situation, while being shot at, not acting afraid but instead disregarding the rules in order to gain evidence for an OOC PR.

As stated, the previous thread mentioned (https://www.fearlessrp.net/showthread.php?tid=89319) has the exact same situation and was approved for this behaviour as it is against the rules.

Well no because you started shooting at me in the first place fear RP wouldn't apply also I am an officer so it would make sense for me to be in dangerous situations.

Where as if you did not shoot at me and actually placed me under fear RP then I wouldn't be running about.

In no valid RP situation would you be running towards armed men whilst you yourself were unarmed.

Your aim was to kill me before I could get my gun out which I wasn't.

We can't give you commands if we shoot, that doesn't mean you run towards us unarmed and completely unafraid of the shots. RP would dictate that you run away or hide if unarmed in this situation - running towards us is both confusing and unacceptable.

Yeah you can't give commands if you shoot in which you did.

You never gave commands until I was on the other side of the RV and I did follow fear RP as a result.

In which rule states that you can shoot people that are unarmed?  

In which rule states that fear RP does apply whilst shooting the user?

You've admitted to running towards us unarmed in an RP situation contradicting fearrp in order to get ooc information. You can't run into a dangerous rp situation without a valid rp purpose, of which as you have admitted yourself, you have none.
