Summary: I threw molotov at the nexus and so he was chasing me in order to tase me but as soon as his stamina dropped he decided to shoot me. Rather than chasing me in order to put me under fear RP he decided to shoot me despite the fact that I had no weapons visible on me.

In the video, it seems he managed to tase you in the end, so you didn't die from the shots, but still I'd say he should keep violence as last option.

He should have called for backup or spawned a vehicle, as you were unarmed, even if you threw the molotov. 

But it is a minor offense, so I will give him a warning, as it's more fitting in this case.

If he continues this in the future, it may be a different case though.
