It is clear that you were trying to CDM me with drifting. Also thats also clear you broke FearRP by not following my orders. And you were one of the guys that we were fighting with so you was also considered as suspicious. I am allowed to shoot you if you are a threat for my life+not following my orders when you're under gun point

I was already moving when the comamnd was given, and I was clearly not CDMing. There were plaenty of oppurtunities before where I could. I was drifting around you for a couple of minutes

1-You were not speedy at the time I gave you the command so you should have stopped.
2-As you said you were drifting very close to me couple of minutes and thats a threat for my life.
3-It is clear that you ignored my orders and been a threat to my life so I had to shoot you.
