Hello!
In regards to this PR I'd like to explain what this situation was.

The president was being a dictator (which he should of changed his job name)
The president told us to bring him to you for a public execution, if if you resisted just kill you.
I only tazed you as my instint would be you would run away. 

With the van situation.
I saw you get in I was talking saying "get out" but I must of not been pressing my mic button being The scroll wheel, as a result of resisting (that i thought in my case) I tazed you but I didn't mean to kill you.. As sometimes you can move body's with out them dying in the van.






I hope this clears somethings up for you.

The police should not shoot a suspect, unless they are a threat or armed. 

The dictator cannot tell officers to do this either, as it's one of the rules to keep violence as the very last option, even if they are on death row.

Though the second video where you die in the van seems accidental, as move body tool, ragdolls and cars are not a good combo and should be avoided.

Though in this case, I think a warning would be enough, instead of a blacklist.

In the future, don't use lethal force unless the suspect is a threat/armed. You should not open fire on an unarmed chef, @"Sam Smith"
