Time in GMT: roughly 8-9pm yesterday

Summary: He was abusing his powers as an officer, shooting at a wall an creating chaos. Then got demoted and relogged to avoid demotion timer. Wasn't going to post this, but apparently he did it again earlier this morning, except he shot a cop (I'm sure logs could prove that he did it today, personally haven't seen it happen today).
If you go through the logs, search specifically for his demotion and then look a bit forward to see his reconnects - you will see him do that at the very least 5 times, which I've witnessed so far. I'm sure he's done that even more, which I haven't seen.

Evidence that this guy was a sergeant and that right after reconnecting, 1978peach switched to a cop again:

Edit #2: 2 more times he did it this morning that I've witnessed within 20 mins of posting this PR. Once again - logs will prove it, but since I'm not a government official, I don't see demotions in chat.
Edit #3: Got 2 more videos of him being demoted and relogging to avoid it, all from later the same day. Obvious rulebreaker, no intention to follow the rules, especially considering hte other PR he has on him. Let me know if you want me to upload those 2 videos.
