Why we should unban you: Well to be honest i think ive worked out what happened, when i was first banned i had no idea what happened because i was selling a dupe but i think ive pieced it together. let me start with what happened. i was in lucky 7 casino just lost 100k and donated to the server to bet again (i was addicted), i was wondering about and checking out the rooms and someone asked me to buy a shotgun and a molotov i sold it to him for 10k market price because he said he was broke, i went into a room and he he started shotgunning stuff up so i ran out and looked at it, in the chaos i saw a guy running into the room i was in and run back out 10 seconds later, i went inside to hide from the shotgun and found like alot of money on the floor, i didnt put two and two together and that it was probably stolen, because i was quite excited i thought i struck gold, so i picked up the money and ran outside and was very rich, i was gonna buy a ferrari but had alot more than 350k, i thought since the money wasnt mine and i was extremely lucky i might give it away and only now ive realised what happened, heres a quote from my discord chat right after i worked it out

"let me explain how unlucky i am right now So i was in lucky casino and i found money in the room i thought i hit gold and i was freaking out in ooc, i started giving away some of the money and apparently i GAVE SOME OF THE MONEY TO THE GUY WHO STOLE IT AND PUT IT THERE"

this kind of sums up how im feeling about this ban. i think this is the  most unlucky coincedence ive ever had, ive donated alot of money to this server and i dont know how i really got banned for picking up money i found and throw away everything ive achieved on the server, i love this server and thats why ive spent so much money on it, i hope you can understand my situation and i know im not great at writing this but thanks for reading anyway

I spent an extensive amount of time investigating the situation involving yourself and a few others. Firstly let me start by indicating everyone involved is friends on Steam which I was informed of by another member of Staff; these friends also include the Double Accounters. Furthermore I do say I find it quite funny that you accepted money for these 'items' which suspiciously included 1 XM-Shotgun, 1 Shotgun Ammo and a Molotov Cocktail; all while situated within the Casino (Not against the rules but should have rang some alarm bells).

After further investigation of the missing $360,000 while the burning of the Casino was going on your friend Mack2988's Double Account entered the scene and there stole $360,000 off the table and quietly exited the building. This money was then ditched and Mack2988 went back onto his main account.

By this point you had gone to the drop-off point for the $360,000 which Mack2988's Double Account had dropped just before disconnecting. Quite quickly after the departure you had already found and picked up the large sum of money. You then took said money and went straight to Mack2988 who had just spawned in on the server, indicated you had randomly found and obtained a 'large quantity' of money and coincidentally you decided to give some of said money to none other than Mack2988:



Whether it be coincidence or not this situation seems full of them and with so many it seems as it was a strategically planned event on both yours and Mack2988's part. If you have anyway to ensure that these are just a many mere coincidence that would be very grateful; however the way the whole situation unfolded is very suspicious.

For the gun part, yeah I sold him that stuff but I had no idea what he was gonna use it on or anything like that I mean I’ve done deals in a lot of random places and I actually bought 5 Xms from Nicholas’s in the casino earlier aswell so I’m not sure how it would’ve raised an alarm bell to me

What I am trying to get at here is the situation unfolded in a way which seemed too 'coincidental' such as how you found the money pretty much soon after it was dropped. You then waited and made the statement of 'here dude im giving out free money' surprisingly enough to Mack the person who's DA Stole the money and then you both split it 50/50. If you were so amazed to obtain all this money why did you instinctively give 50% of it to Mack who had just loaded in from his DA Account?

well considering i dont know what i can do to prove it i dont understand how i got such a lengthy ban, earlier there was a 5 day ban for picking up money, the accused crime was me "picking up the money and giving it to someone" i dont understand how i got 4 months for that and ESPECIALLY no 100% proof
