Title of Bug: Mass-Refund hasn't worked

Description: Not sure how many people have had this issue but I didn't get my refund as part of the mass refund for my Police Ford Raptor

Evidence: I could take a screenshot if necessary but I don't believe it is. I didn't get the refund as stated by the Mass-Refund in

Ill have to re-do it manually because I'm an idiot and didn't do something correctly. Everyone will receive refunds for the Ford Raptor.
