Title of Bug:
Vehicle Descriptions not functioning

Description:
When the update first got implemented it worked perfectly.

The next afternoon, when I typed "/vehicledesc set <text>" when I was looking at my vehicle, 
it popped up a message stating, "This is not a valid command!"

Yeah, fix is on it's way, no clue why the command just removes it self.
