Maybe let the staff team think about the rewards for reaching different amount of hours.
overall why not? BUT.
In my opinion they should implement something like this:
either you have amount of hours or RPP to use the different items.
for example, someone that has 1RPP will count same as someone having 100 hours.
and not get stacked. like if someone has 1RPP and 100 hours then he can use something that will be 2RPP.
if someone has 200 hours he will be equal to someone having 2RPP.
300 - 3RPP.
400 - 4PP. and so on and so on.
every 100 hours you'll get like a RPP but not an actual RPP, I hope you understand what I mean.
