Summary: Mass propkill - I only caught one actual clip worthy (Because it's the only one that proves it's him) however - and I am sure many on the server at the time can vouch - he killed several people and attempts several times. Of course I only have one worthy clip but I defiantly think he is worthy of a substantial punishment. He only has 2 hours on the server and is clearly here to cause harm.
