From experience, if it drastically affects your ability to raid, or makes it impossible to continue the raid, call an admin and they will stop the raid and assess the situation.

If there is no member of staff available, immediately ask that the raid be paused so that someone can rebuild the ramp.

Might be wrong, but that's what I would do.
