Summary: Abuse of tools provided to user. User is heavily FailRP'ing by purposefully stepping on bodies after someone got tazed claiming they're "attempting to revive them". User afterwards proceeds to abuse the move body tool. Rockdad69 stepped in and gave a warning but has not seen the event happening before issuing the warning.
