I've been sent the evidence and reviewed it. Your friend was put under fearRP by the cop but the cop did not
explicitly show any orders to put down your gun. Instead he backed down. In conclusion from the evidence provided,
fearRP has not been broken. About the commiting a crime in public - there were no other officers or SRU around to support
the cop and so I do not see it as unreasonable as the rule says, " (you can rob a store in public, if deemed safe to do so)".
