Title of Bug: Vending Machine Double Buy Bug

Description: So basically If you go press E on the vending machine and go in and out of the Crisps tab and wait for 6 seconds you can instantly buy after the first time.

The timer only starts when you press use on the vending machine, this is not a bug, but I added it intentionally to stop people from spamming the items.
