We naturally can't all be well informed but some people can also truly be dense 
Here's an example of what hand-drawn animation with a little bit of CGI can do.
Excellent choreography, excellent animation, and a fitting OST. Anime is more than just a bit of hentai memes.

There are definitely low budget shows done by bad studios, but the same could be considered in the movie industry, or the western cartoon industry, or any form of media entertainment really.
