hey there i just lost an hour of progress because apparently my forum is to the wrong account, how do i change it?

Hello!

I believe a Supervising Administrator will be able to manually disconnect it so that you can connect it to your new account. Be sure to provide the Steam ID of the account you wish to use as well as your old one (Clearly state which is which), and message an SA. Best of luck!
