Summary: You can see a man attacking his RV. However, he chases him to the front of Nexus when he's clearly fleeing which breaks two rules in my opinion: 1) using weapons in public 2) killing wasn't used as a last resort. He was earlier using the baseball bat to cop bait by smashing the Nexus windows as well.
