Someone was punching me and I told them to go away but they wouldn't, I then got out a gun and told him to go away. He still wouldn't so I shot him a couple of times, unfortunately there were a few people in the way of where he was so they got shot a few times as well.

If you pause the video at the start, you can see they player still in the punching animation.

Its also FailRP that you and the group didn't move away after I shot, you all stood there.

The player has been found infringing their access to weapons. Someone punching you is not a direct danger to your life and therefore said player could have used better non-lethal methods. Using heavy firearms unnecessarily on main street can attract a lot of unwanted attention to your personnel.
