Summary: This person RDM'ed me my friends and a couple of Police Officers, the reason he gave was 'because he got randomly demoted' was you can see in the video. I will also add that the demotion was valid as he was asked to do something but did not.

You see it all in the video but just to add, the person he killed first was in fact his Police Sergeant.
