Summary: so i just spawned as security guard to work for Lazyblue's upcoming casino. at my spawn i equipped myself an m4 aswell as an glock 18. i had them hidden and ran to the casino outside i saw bloxer123 standing in front of the casino. aswell as some guy behind me told bloxer (SRU) that i had weapons. so he told me to get down and i did. he then shot me and proceeded to arrest me. 

i realised when checking the tape that my mic were turned off..

Doesn't seem intentional, more like a miss-click. You can also hear bloxer say "it was an accident". These things happen, and considering he didn't continue to shoot or kill you further backs up it was an accident.
