Report - Revvyy
#1
Name of Player - Revvyy

Steam ID - STEAM_0:1:103429384

Time in GMT - 16:50 (ish)

Server - V5p

Summary - Was putting goods (legal ones) into my delivery van and instantly get a police car behind me... didn’t even leave the spot. Was then asked to give access to vehicle which I refused, then get a warrant through saying “...warrant Gary Whitehall (16) for a search for reason wrong parking.”
If that’s not false I don’t know what else is...
He then unlocked my van and got in it, didn’t even search to my knowledge and clamped my van. Left without saying anything or doing anything else.

Do not agree that is acceptable role play for a cop to do such things and for the government to ignore my requests to demote at the time.

Do you have any additional evidence of him doing that?
As a screenshot of a wheel clamp/chat log is not enough evidence, as it does not show the situation or the player putting the clamp on as described in your statement.

But indeed, he would have not had a reason to wheel clamp the vehicle, if what you described was true.

You have 24 hours to provide additional evidence showing the accused player breaking the rules and also the steam ID you provided is not a valid one, as it has never been used on the server.

The only evidence I have is those photographs of my truck and the console logs from the duration of the incident. There is no further evidence I can provide.

Unfortunately it would need evidence from the car itself being wheel clamped. A video of it would have been the best form of evidence. As currently, we cannot check if your statement was true or not and we cannot check if the van was moved there by the officer before wheel clamping, if the van was on blocking the road etc.
Also we cannot see if there was no conversation between you and the officer of the situation.

I am afraid we have to deny the report due to lacking the evidence needed.

DENIED & MOVED
