Summary: Sek basically had a doomfort in the barn, he has broken rule 18.4 and 18.4a, he has modiefied the base during the raid. He also metagamed as he modified the base as we (the police force and SRUs) complained on the OOC chat.

I fixed his doomfort with him in game and explained a lot of the basing rules to him. Hopefully he has learned from this and it won't happen again.
