Summary: Me and my friend were fishing when he ate a boot and went to critical state, a police car came up so i though he was gonna arrest me cause i was next to a body. turns out it was a security guard who tied us up for no reason and asked us for money to be released, he also tried to beat my friend to death with a baton.

The user has been found guilty of breaking rules 4.1, 8.1, 8.6 and 9.6.

As a security guard, it is your job to provide security services, not commit criminal activities. He did not accurately roleplay his job. On top of this, he randomly took you hostage in a public setting. Moreover, he randomly started to hit your friend, leading to an RDM charge.

Even though the template was not entirely filled in, I have identified the player using an assortment of coherence checks.

As the accused only has 26 hours and no priors for similar offences, he will receive a one hours blacklist both from security guard and black market items.
