Concluding notes

Since the situation towards the end didn't fully require him to be there I am disregarding the report of 'disconnecting during a roleplay situation'. The following punishments are based off the misuse of the Police officer role and RDM. User will receive a 2 hour blacklist from Weapons & Police Officer.
