I'm looking to buy a Midas Vehicle Workshop Dupe. Willing to pay up to $30,000 according to my liking (can pay even more if I REALLY like it. You're welcome to add me on steam and send me photos/arrange me a meeting.
Requirements:
You're welcome to make adjustments and add/remove stuff, I'm open-minded.
As I said, I'm looking to pay up to $30,000 but can pay even more if I see a reason to.

Requirements:
- The whole floor will have a glossy finish and will be dark grey/black with a pattern.
- The right position(where there's a hole in the floor) will be a separate room for painting vehicles (with windows to the sides).
- Near every lift, I'd like to have tools, stands and toolboxes (make it realistic).
- Have fences around the whole place and leave only the entrance from the main street (where you need to turn right before the cross section)
- A nice office (where it's meant to be, inside)
