Summary: Phantom was attending the raids along with his police force so that if they died he could send them back, however, he seems to have gotten himself into a nasty situation and decided the best course of action was to escape by prop climbing over a fence and running back to his car or police forces.

Reported user has been found guilty of prop climbing to avoid an RP situation. The self-acclaimed 'stairs' built by PhantomSolaris were not structured properly or build from the appropriate prop, it's also very unrealistic that the President would have a ladder to hand to escape that situation. Reported user will receive a 6 hour blacklist from PTE, especially considering this user has 700+ hours.
