This person was clearly not undercover and when I confronted him in OOC he kept saying he wasn't undercover and his job title confirms so.

Concluding notes

This does break the stated rule, but it's very minor and something people tend to miss frequently. I will speak to AgentParker and inform him about this rule to ensure this doesn't happen again.
