Thread Title: Player report on Joel, prop spam, accessing rooftop of nexus,

Summary: Spamming props in the middle of the street, using the chair and physgun to both access, and help other players access the nexus rooftop. Specifically using pods to take player Lazy blue up to the rooftops.
