Those 1.5 million Armenians weren't even living in the Ottoman Empire at that point
Where did they live then? 2 million armenians lived in the Ottoman Empire prior to 1915, after WW1 less than 500k lived there - 1.5 million dead atleast, many more forcibly removed.
