Well I hope that day never comes, but I suppose if there's a day you break ToS and I'm around.

You have a lot of great ideas and very passionate about them which is great, but you are also very prideful.

How do you believe you and your team can push FL to the next level?

Can you openly tell me why there is a bipolar punishment system? (by this i mean the punishments don't add up when comparing to other punishments for offences)
I don't know you too well, so I can't make a clear judgement, but you can come across as very aggressive on text but in voice you seem like a chill dude to talk to.

Fearless is honestly one of my favourite hobbies, I love finding things that can be improved upon. Sometimes there's downtime where an idea doesn't come to your head, but you've just got to usually wait for something to happen to spark an idea. To actively seek something out would be overkill and too overwhelming to the community, so you've got to know when something is necessary and unnecessary to change. If you take a look over the last year or so I think FL has gotten rid of a lot of ancient ideas, etc. and are becoming more transparent to the community which is great.
In saying this we're not perfect, but the important thing is we try. I'm very proud of the team at the moment, I think we have an extremely good set of kindhearted and level headed people who just want whats best for the community. I've been in the team for almost 2 years now and while certain personalities are certainly missed, I believe we have the best team Fearless has seen.

While I do agree punishments need to be improved upon I think the way you are criticising it is wrong. While we do have certain things we as a collective team agree upon when coming to punishments, we also give the team the freedom to work in their way. During the trial period (moderator period for the older members in the team) they were inspected closely and were deemed sufficient enough to be trusted with the staff role. Do we get our judgements on people wrong sometimes? Yes - but very rarely. If that were to be the case it would only be a matter of time before the problems shine through and are dealt with, but if nothing is happening then it's likely because their way of working is deemed as exemplary.
It's also important to note that it's not just the staff member at hands particular style of punishment that could come into play, but we also judge our punishments based on the players stats: How many hours do they have? What is their attitude like? How many previous punishments do they have? Along with many other factors. It's dealt with a case by case basis.

how was your day?
I've not spoken to you very much at all, but you seem like a nice person and I'm glad to have you with us!

The sun was out which boosted my mood, thank you for asking!

I couldnt agree more, and i dont mean to sound aggressive over text i just try to get my point across in the best way possible and thats the way for me.

Also, one question on the punishments, i agree with everything you said however, when you said its dealt with case by case depending on the situation, i feel in some scenarios people are being let off for massive stuff with large amounts of hours but some arent. I just want to get the point across if you're gonna punish one person for it, you have to punish the rest you feel me? I just feel like this isnt the case on Fl anymore like it used to be and its something which needs to be revamped as it doesn't look good at all.

This sounds like a bold claim but if you put the pieces together its the picture i get sorry to say.

Also, one last thing you said that as a team you discuss certain punishments or i could have misread but anyway i know this happens as it happened in my situation specific and i have a questions as im curious. On the spot when the staff members say im bringing it up with the team but the whole team doesnt get an input. For example, its 12AM everyone is asleep there is only 3 admins on most of the time do you think that its fair to give a punishment as of 3 opinion of those admins.

You have to think logically a team discussion is the team as a whole not a select couple as that would be deemed unfair right when logically speaking?

(im not trying to be an arse ive personally never been an admin so im just curious to how it works and i want answers to certain to things that i dont believe are right just to get a better understanding which could potentially swing my head in the other direction.

Think you've asked me that question before. At the moment I don't know, really haven't interacted enough with you to base an opinion on you.

I can't recall exactly how they went in the past, but you've got to ask yourself exactly why you want to apply for the role and listen to the feedback you were given. You could make just as much impact as a normal player, so if it gets denied don't feel like you've missed out on anything. That being said, I like it when I see people who have applied a lot finally getting the role, it shows they've really grown throughout the months.

Well I mean to go into more detail, let's say a new player cdms 2 people, lets say the admin decides to give them a blacklist, if they were new you've got to ask yourself, hmm well okay this person is new, if we give them a lengthy ban they're likely not going to come back and they won't be given an opportunity to learn from their mistakes. | Now think about the same situation with someone with 1500 hours, they've spent so long on the server and they've had plenty of opportunities to learn the rules and should know a lot better, so in that case they likely deserve a harsher punishment. The same goes for any other type of rule breakage and what punishment they get, some may decide to give a warning to one person but a ban to another based on factors such as experience. And as I previously stated, the team were trusted to receive the full position and so they should be given the freedom to punish them how they see fit. Imagine I was demanded to give someone a 2 week ban for FearRP, but what if I feel as though they would learn better from being taught about the rule and given a warning? It wouldn't work too well to follow by a strict guide.

Couldn't have said it better, its just im seeing a inconsistency within the bans. For example, a fear rp ban and he had 1700 hours he got 14 days. Then i see a mass video montage get 6 months. Then use my ban as an example i get 6 months and 1 day. You feel me? I was just confused thats all now you have cleared it up and discussed it i am fully aware of how it works thanks.

From the moment I saw your Burger King RP for the first time I knew you would have a lot of potential and I am more than happy to have you on the Teacher team. You are a great role player and use everything Fearless has to offer, whether it's the billboards, props, custom acts, or commands such a /me. You really give it your all. I haven't spoken to you too personally yet but you seem like a very cool guy. It's also nice to see an old player returning to the server!

You're really passionate about role play which is great. I remember the first time I properly interacted with you, being escorted into your fancy HQ and being brought into your extremely fancy office. It made Lesanka and I feel like royalty. Throughout Miss Evocity your clan were exemplary at securing our event and that really showed off your leadership ability. There are some things you and I know about which weren't great, but you're a super friendly guy and really fun to talk to and I think a lot of people appreciate what you bring to Fearless!

I base my opinions on people based on every encounter with them, so I couldn't possibly give an accurate answer when ignoring something.
