Summary: I was testing out a ramp that a guy was building on lake, after it worked I drove away and heard keypad cracking noises so I went to check what was going on and if it was a corleone that needed help.
I come across two guys that propblock me out of the top floor.
I drive around and go back to see the ramp, I come out and accidently hit a cop car, after realizing he was trying to pull me over by ramming into me, I run away, only to get shot at by a XM out of a "roof".
Evidence: Reebs told me who it was after talking to him and confirmed my suspicions.
