Greetings,

I am pleased to announce that we have a few new agents. TheMJ, LordOfMemory, and Malibu have all been accepted as Probationary Agents. Many people ask me why we have a Probationary Rank and I wanted to clear that up in this notification. The Probationary Agent Rank is given to those that just join, with few exceptions, for a multitude of reasons, however, only the primary reason will be disclosed tonight for security reasons. 

The Probationary Rank exists so we can ensure that all agents admitted into service with MI7 are a good fit and that they can proficiently carry out their duties with little to no problems. This is essential because in times that agents lives depend on one another, everything MUST be by the book. Probationary Agents are often tasked with working together with other Probationary Agents, to develop Teamwork and Leadership skills.

I hope this cleared up why we have a Probationary Rank, and I urge all of those that are interested in a position to contact myself, Deputy Director Joe Joe, or Assistant Director MrFinnConlon for more information.
