Summary:
Today I was playing with mates. We were doing aggressiveRP at Top Floor. I was typing in the OOC to Awestruck, messing around and as my eyes were located onto the OOC (Out-of-character) chat, I noticed this person using his caps-lock whilst he typed. He did this twice/double/2/two times and therefore I am reporting him for caps in OOC (Out-of-character) chat. I think a blacklist is most suitable because he did this twice/double/2/two times however the banning administrator or trial-admin (Most commonly known as moderator) can decide this however I thought it would be suitable to give my opinion.
