Thread Title: Report: Report for double car spawning
Name of player: Andrew 'Ethan' Thompson

Time in GMT: 04/04/2017 (Time isn't specified because after trying to contact the admins so they can see it by themselves I just took a screenshot and gave up...)

Summary: New players or all players should be somehow forced to read the rules same as other did including me and I'm pretty sure that double car spawning isn't allowed. Well you should be able to spawn the same car twice. This person with name Andrew 'Ethan' Thompson clearly broke the rules and I will add links with screenshots to show that I'm not just trying to ban someone for no fair reason.
Evidence Also it would be helpful if I could upload the screenshots directly from my PC so I don't have to use external links to upload screenshots.. Unfortunately uploading the screenshots using a link doesn't work either so I hope this will work: http://imgur.com/a/CCYx1
