ofcourse but its just like looking at the court system within real life. You are making logical and humane decisions. Lets say like a lay-magistrate would.
They are looked at, at giving some of the best advice and outcomes even thought they are volunteers and sometimes they dont know law very well, they just use commons sense as they know their local area and certain situations after going through them you feel me
I personally everyone does a great job, im sure it isnt easy actually quite overwhelming people have made mistakes but everyone is human just forgive and forget but i think both the players and staff need this same mentality, i think certain situations could be dealt with in a channel better than on the forums. Divey Would there be any way to push this idea?

you could apply common sense and make the admin be oh shit ye i fucked up, or the player could be like oh ye i fucked up. It just seems more time efficient and more effective.
