Commenting neutral is fine as long as they give some form of input about what they think too, then it's not as bad

Yes, I mean +Supports help to get the suggestion approved but I enjoy reading explanations to as what should be added along with it or how it should be added, ect..

He clearly states "writing neutral without any explenation", to which I agree.

Writing just "neutral" on a suggestion post is just pointless.

However if you raise a couple of points explaining why do you think is neutral, then it should be completely fine.
