D/C To avoid arrest - You can see the cuff message start, but never finish as he d/c. He done this twice, the best goat can back that up, but only one time I got evidence

[FL:RP] doormat18 will face punishment for Backseat Administrating. However, just before I conclude this PR, I have a question. The last screenshot in your list shows ButtmanGod insulting someone in OOC, was that aimed at you?
