I'd recommend changing the contract as well, its completely up to yourself ofcourse but i can imagine people feeling reluctant to join when they read "you cant resign within a month after you joined" and "you need a good reason to leave". Newer players are probably going to be scared off thinking that 'wanting to leave' isnt a good enough reason to quit a clan.
