Summary: Noiize put me in jail for 15 minutes and the reason is Street Racing that is fair, then when i got free the Warrant was still on me for an unknown reason [just under my name it says wanted and the cops cant arrest me], a cop with the name of Apple Told the Pres [Noiize] that im warranted but he cant jail me cuz its somekinda glitch and i just left the jail and he told him to unwarrant me, Then Suddenly the cop handcuffed me and Noiize Warranted me for another 15 minutes for the reason "Warranted" i tried explaining thats not a vaild reason but he kept arguing with me, when i got out of my jail again after 30 minutes the warrant was still on me and i told him again to remove it but what he did is he sent cops after me tying to jail me for another 15 minutes (Total 45 Minutes) what i did is contacted Koel and stayed in the Corleones estate.... cops HQ was near the Market and the city was clear of cops [Thats it for Noiize]
i told Koel to meet me at the corleones and then we saw 3 Charger Cop cars and i got in his car and we went past them and he asked me about Assassinaiting the pres and i said yes
when we were in the city [me and koel] the presidant was in the Bank and Koel told me to wait him he is buying ammo
then i told koel to ditract the pres while i get there the cops HQ was out of the City and the city was clear of cops so i took the chanse and assassinated the Presidatnt becuase i had the very best reason for killing him that is him warranting me lots of times for no reason and sending cops after me for no reason

i cant prove that Koel was with me unless you read our PM's yesterday after 6:30pm while he is helping me and he was in it all the time
but i can prove he said he has nothing to do with it

[Noiize only Recorded me when i killed him in the bank and sayed that it was an Rdm and didnt say that the city was clear of cops,the cops HQ was near the market and i have the very best reason to kill him then he put a BR on me with the Video and i was Blacklisted from guns for 10 hours by Spear the BR only Lasted 30 Minutes and Spear Approved it and didnt give me time to say my side of the story and telling him that the city was clear of cops and this is my only chance to take and i have a reason to raid him]
