Evidence: FYI this is a joint report, I will also be placing an unblacklist request due to this issue. This is the evidence prior. I said to him that because he had a knife on us, that is an automatic threat, so me and my friend went back, I held him at gun point and he never acted scared once. I even done something about immobilizing him with a singular bullet, he never followed along. However, because of the amount of LOOC, I couldn't get the chat back, but I managed  to get the majority of the LOOC chat we had.

I'd like to hear both sides of the situation shown in the screenshots.

The entire situation is that I pulled out a knife, asking for Juicy to get away from my house. No further agressive actions were made by that time or after it. Juicy proceeded to take me hostage within my house and continued to ask a few questions.

He said I've seen him/to much and decided to kill me off, which I warned him for as it would be unrealistic to kill a person just cause he/she pulled out a weapon and made no further agressive actions.

He killed me and got blacklisted.

What basically happened was, me and TheGamerGuyGBR were going to the lake and stepped on his porch (mentioned before). He then pulled out a knife and threatened us and asked us to leave, this is classed as getting someone under FearRP as it is an ultimatum of leave or die. I returned to him wielding a USP and hostaged him. I then tried to fuel a different RP for the sake of both of us but instead did not show an appropriate reaction to the situation. Instead, he only used one /me, which was /me rolls eyes. This is one of my points. There is no way an old man would roll his eyes with a gun in his face. He would be terrified. If he was truly senile, he would still show some sort of reaction. All he did was pretend he didn't know what was going on to RP incorrectly for someone with a gun in their face. My next point is him being shot in the leg. I said to him that I would shoot him in the leg to immobilise him and stop him from running. When I did so, he showed no reaction and no RP towards the action. This is extremely disappointing from a staff member who is supposed to be a rolemodel to roleplayers on the server who did not RP at all from a gunshot wound. My final point is the LOOC punishment threat. He said, 'Do it, but you have had fair warning.' There was no need for this as the RP was valid. In our eyes, he was arguing for his own sake because he didn't want to die because it was his RP. I made the point that as soon as he pulls any sort of weapon to it is immediately an aggressive situation, as the weapon itself is a threat. Furthermore, it is valid to kill someone as a criminal if they have witnessed you commit crime and have seen your face. He then proceeded to reject this idea knowing that it was true. I would not have made the point if I knew that it was not true. I have already provided all the screenshots I can give in the above thread.

I understand that Brikaas could've followed the roleplay situation a bit better.

It's not the first time someone takes another person hostage/has his revenge on someone who has pulled a knife or gun at them.
Hopefully Brikaas will take notes on this and not take administrative actions in a roleplay situation in the future.

The blacklist will be cleared.
