Thread Title: Breaking FearRP

Summary: We were heading back to base after a raid hence the guy in the back of the car, we role past a man with a glock. As we switch from guns/taser to cuffs he pulls a gun and shoots us. As he shot us we pulled out our guns killing him. He broke fearRP which still apply when switching got cuffs/rope
