Summary: Ran someone over, then he under gun point he didn't get out he car ( when you have 100+ hours  you know how to gt out of a car). He has been punished for CDMing me

Video clearly shows the player Breaking FearRP by not getting out of the vehicle whilst at gun point, he can also be seen CDMing you and attempting to drive away right after doing so. Player will be suspended for Breaking FearRP and blacklisted from vehicles for CDM.
