Summary: I was patrolling and found an escaped convict.  I demanded he followed, which he complied to for a little before going off track and running into the park.  After several commands to return, I fired a warning shot.  He continued to disobey orders.  After a while of him goofing off and stalling, he gets unarrested by time.  He spawns back into the park then comes up to me and kills me as 'Camera Man' (which can be verified both before the RDM and after through the scoreboard).

Player can be seen breaking FearRP after being asked multiple times to follow which he did not do. Player will recieve a suspension for Breaking FearRP. He will also be blacklisted from weapons for revenge killing as you can clearly see him spawning in, going behind you, pull a knife and kill you while you did not made any actions against him allowing him to kill you.
