I was not lying in mod sit he said you know your under fearRP right so i said im not actually since im in handcuffs and he wont kill me since im harmless and if he did i would get a admin and once they shoot fearRP is off.

Hello Shay,

You where under FearRP, you where in handcuffs, and he had a tazer towards you, when i grabbed you and told you that you broke FearRP, you claimed you never broke FearRP, and thats why you where banned.

Even while in handcuffs, you must abide by FearRP as per rule 2.1d.

2.1d If someone switches from a gun to handcuffs/rope in order to detain you, FearRP still applies.

Also, Jonas has stated that you had a taser pointed at you and yet still decided to run, violating rule 2.1a.

2.1c You cannot run away from someone when they have you at gunpoint.

That said, this unban request is denied.
